This was my first experience with Word Server, having previously used a basic wordpress.com, which is totally different! I needed some guidance on how everything functioned and how to navigate it. Greg was my go-to support! He’s one of the BEST at explaining things, super patient and kind, and he guided me through what I needed to know. He was quick and never made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. Whenever I have questions, he’s right there to ensure I get the answers and fix any issues. He addresses all my inquiries and is incredibly helpful. Mark is great too! They’ve really gone above and beyond to provide me with the BEST service. They treat you like family. I’m just blown away by the level of service.
